Progress report for 5/5/09 We are running a bit behind now due to plywood replacement, Duro-Last inspector changes and the work on the boiler sections of the two roofs at once. We are probably 3 days off schedule now meaning that 1645 roof will probably not complete with major install work till next Wednesday. We of course will be working both roofs at once by then, but there are a lot of small details that will need attention on the 1645 roof before we can be off of it. This time extension does NOT include the door installs of course that is separate. 1) Tore off Lower level roofing material over units 314, 315 through 316. 2) Completed Dens-Deck installation on same area. 3) Continued detail and term bar installation over 317 thru 321 upper and lower areas. Extras: Replaced bad plywood 7 sheets over 314 through 316

CIS has covered everything as well as possible against this freak rain predicted for tonight. CIS has made sure that everything is watertight, but as they are in the middle of production, leaking during a rain is possible. Progress report for 4/30/09 1) Completed Dens-Deck installation on large lower level roofs over units 319 thru 321. 2) Started installation of membrane on large lower level roofs over units 319 thru 321 field only, we still need to complete details at A/C units here. 3) Began detail work on upper levels and began gutter installations over units 314 and 315. 4) City inspector showed today and agreed to let us continue at our pace as he was pleased we were vigilant about removing bad decking as required. Hopefully his inspections will no longer be an issue for us. 5) We are not removing any more material as rain is forecasted for Saturday (whod have guessed?). Extras: None to report today. Progress report for 4/29/09 1) Tore off Lower level roofing material over units 317 thru 321. 2) Completed Dens-Deck installation on upper level roofs over units 319 thru 321. 3) Installed membrane on upper level roofs over units 311 thru 318 ( approx. 25 squares) field only, we still need to complete wall details. 4) Removed skylight domes and installed plywood then re-installed domes to skylights over units 317 thru 321. 5) City inspector never showed today so we did not receive a deck inspection today as planned. This inspector is causing us quite a bit of slow down. We will discuss with city tomorrow. 6) Covered all open areas with poly for weather protection. Progress report for 4/28/09 1) Tore off and had inspected by city (approx. 22 squares) upper level roofs over units 317 thru 321. 2) Installed Dens-Deck insulation to plywood decking on upper level roofs - over units 311 thru 319 (approx. 33 squares). This was also inspected by the city and approved. 3) Installed Duro-Last membrane over unit 315 upper level roof. We had to wait for city inspector before we could start the membrane install. Inspector arrived late (holding up job progress) and was done inspecting at 2:00. He agreed to allow us to cover the installed Dens-Deck going forward without waiting for his inspection as long as the plywood decking was already inspected. 4) Installed polyethylene plastic over all torn-off areas for weather protection just in case no rain forecasted. 5) We notified unit 319 owner in regards to skylight removal in the A.M., they will be there when we open skylight. Units 317 and 318 were not at home, so we will check with them again in the morning. Note: Received e-mail from Debbie in regards to TV. interruption. Apparently this was not our issue, if it was please let me know. Extras: Replaced bad plywood 8 sheets - 1 sheet over unit 317 - 1 ½ sheets over unit 318 - 1 ½ sheets over unit 319 - 3 sheets over unit 320 - 1 sheet over unit 321 4-29-09 work projection 1) We intend to tear-off lower roof level roofing over units 317, 318, 319. 2) Complete Dens-Deck install over all torn-off areas. 3) Continue membrane install on upper level roofs over units 311 thru 316.
