A resident was
observed exiting the property by jumping over the back fence and was advised
that the fence was not a proper exit and that to continue that practice
would only contribute to degrading security of the area.
A lady attempting to
enter Clark terrace community area was asked if she was a resident or was
she visiting a resident. She informed the Watch committee member that she
was visiting her boyfriend and that she could not remember the unit number.
When entry was refused, she waited until some one was exiting the property
and entered when the gate was opened.
COMMENTS:
1.
In a recent conversation with unit owners regarding safety and
security, a comment was made that they pay their association dues and it was
committee responsibility to keep our community safe and secure.
2.
Some owners may not be aware that Elected and
Appointed members of the Association are
non-paid volunteers that our only remuneration is the satisfaction of
knowing that we are giving our time and talents to assist in maintaining our
facility in a show-place condition, that we are proud to call our home.
NOTE: The above
items will be used as talking points for the July meeting.
