Board Letter 04-09

Dear Clark Terrace Neighbors,

Summer is here, or at least that is what the thermometer indicates. Please be reminded of the following, most pertinent pool rules by which we all have agreed to abide:

	Hours of operation: 8:00am to 10:00pm, except for quiet, health-type swimming.
	Conduct: NO screaming, NO running, NO noisy games (e.g., Marco Polo), NO use of pool toys when others are present
	Children: Under age fourteen may not be in the pool or jacuzzi area without an accompanying adult.
	Babies & Toddlers: Must wear special swim diapers intended for pool use unless fully toilet-trained.

	Guests: Up to eight guests per unit may use the facilities without a party reservation and must be accompanied by owner.
	Parties: If you wish to entertain more than eight guests in the common areas a party reservation must be made.
	Glass - No glass items in the pool area

Reservation Forms: Available on-line at www.clarkterrace.org or through HOA Board Secretary, Sue Bernstein, (562) 597-6852. Reservations may be made for the BBQ or Trellis Areas. No exclusive reservation for the pool. At an approved party, NOT MORE THAN eight guests may be in the pool at one time.

Guest Parking: After 10.00 PM please make sure your guests keep noise levels at a minimum when they leave. Remember even the smallest noise, e.g. regular talking is amplified drastically in the confined driveway, travels from the driveway to inside of units and is a great disturbance to many owners.

We, the Board of Directors greatly appreciate your cooperation and it is in our collective interest to see that the rules are followed. So, please let’s all enjoy our beautiful facilities in a considerate and neighborly way. Have a great summer!
